Company Policy

• Shipping: We ship by UPS standard ground shipping.
• Arrival: In stock items arrive within 3 to 5 business days upon order processing. Not from the day ordered. Special Order items may take a bit longer.
• Cost: Shipping prices vary based on the amount of your order, method and shipping destination.

• Payment Policy: Order processing for delivery begins once payment is completed. For your convenience and safety, PayPal accepts all major credit cards.

• Returns Policy: When returning items please include the return form and check off the appropriate reason for return. Ship your return via UPS or insure your package thru USPS. Return shipment is at customer’s own expense, unless item was shipped defective.

• Please allow 2-4 weeks for us to process your return.
• There is a flat $6.00 reshipping charge for exchanged items.

• NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: Special Order items; damaged or worn garments; CD, DVD, Books or Cassette tapes that have been opened (or removed from plastic wrap). All exchanges must be fit for resale. Exchanged items will incur a second shipping fee to the customer. Either a RESTOCK or CANCELLATION fee may be incurred. Total order or items fee schedule $20-$50.00 subject to a $5.00 fee; $50.00-$200.00 subject to a $10.00 fee; $200 & over, subject to a $20.00 fee.
